About Our Group Class Program

Our versatile and engaging group class program is the closest thing possible to personal training in a group setting! With comprehensive technique cues and adjustments made by our expert coaching staff. Our 8000 sqft private training facility is fully loaded with top-of-the-line equipment accompanied by world-class coaches who are focused on making fitness the best hour of your day.

Our class structure is the perfect harmony of strength, conditioning, and recovery working every muscle in your body in a safe and supportive group environment.

You will learn advanced techniques to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury as you are guided through a full-body circuit that will target any missing links in your current training regimen.

Strength Camp Group Class

This barbell-focused group fitness class IS unlike anything else on the market. Diving deep into proper technique for all major compound movements.

Perfect for beginner and advanced lifters looking to learn and build strength that transfers to all aspects of life, sport and exercise. Our Strength Camp programs involve exercises such as Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Overhead Presses, Cleans, Hip Thrusts, and more under the supervision of our team of elite personal trainers who each have competitive backgrounds in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman.

CARDIO KICKBOXING GROUP CLASS

Our cardio kickboxing class is the perfect complement to any fitness enthusiast's routine. Learn new skills, get your sweat on, and have fun with our wide variety of different MMA bags and various other circuit stations.

We suggest bringing your own hand wraps and gloves for sanitary reasons but we do have complimentary sets that you can borrow if necessary.
